Morning time sets the tone for the rest of the day and that is why it is so important to start it out right. From when the sun filters into the room and hits the tips of your eyelids, the new day says hello. A bright and positive outlook should be shining in the horizon.
Some morning tips and essentials for vibrant days:
- Take 5 deep breaths
- Think of 2 things that you are grateful for
- Take 5 minutes to stretch out your sleepy limbs
- Take a moment to be still
- Open curtains or blinds
- Put on some melodic tunes to dance to
- Take a long hot shower
- Eat a delicious, healthy and hearty breakfast
- Ensure to have at least one piece of fresh fruit
- Choose a healthy caffeinated and energising beverage to warm your cockles
- Make sure to have a sit down breakfast
- Read something informative and inspiring
- Talk to someone you love (this includes four legged friends)
- Skip to your destination, wherever it may be.
