Garlic Bok Choy

1 tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 cloves garlic
8 heads of trimmed baby bok choy,
rock or sea salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Heat wok and place oil over high heat. Add washed bok choy and stir fry for a couple of minutes till wilted and vibrant. Add crushed cloves of garlic, soy sauce and salt to taste. Continue to cook till bok choy is tender. Serve on plate and drizzle sesame oil, add fresh chilli as garnish and accent.
